OOO Girl! The amount of times that I have seen this question and have heard people ask this! Friends, if any of you have ever asked this question to yourself or to God, I'm here to give you an answer. And that answer is.... you were not designed to be normal. You were not created to be regular or an everyday individual. God made you to stand out. To be a light in the dark. To lead and to show others that it is okay to be who they are! Yes being a unique person is hard. Don't get me wrong being the oddball is no easy task, but you have to remember that the same God who took His time with you, and made sure that you stood out, is also there for you and is protecting you every step of the way. I know that it can be isolating, and hard to get out there to meet new people, but trust me when I say that you are never alone! If you remember that Jesus is always with you, and that he knows what it's like to be an outcast, then you know that you have a friend that can relate to you! Plus being normal is boring. That normal episode of Spongebob was so weird and uncomfortable because he wasn't being himself. Being different is what makes people drawn to you! And is what will help you in your calling! Like if I was straight I couldn't have a ministry dedicated to the LGBTQIA+ community! (Like I could but like it wouldn't be as spicyyyyy looool) Anyways friends embrace your uniqueness because we love the weirdos around here!
For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God, and the Lord hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.
Deuteronomy 14:2 KJV
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;
1 Peter 2:9 KJV
